Hello, my current housemate is moving to London in September and I dont want to move out of the flat due to its location.
Its a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroon top floor flat, located close to city centre, train station (ideal for London commute), Bedford Place and shops.
I am looking for a young professional to share the flat and hang out. I work Monday - Friday 8-6 and enjoy the weekends!
The flat should be available around the middle to end of September.
Room is offered unfurnished but with an ensuite - rent is £405 but that doesnt include bills - however they are not expensive at all! Council Tax is £70 & water & electric on top.
