I am moving out of my flat in Southampton and need someone to take my place. The room is large, and fully furnished and includes an en suite with both a bath and a separate shower. There is also a large kitchen and lounge with wood floors throughout.
The flat is a 5 minute walk to Southampton central train station and around 10 minute walk to the town centre. Bedford place is also only a 5 minute walk and hosts a range of bars and restaurants.
The rent includes all bills, designated undercover parking and use of the gym within the flat complex.
