Spacious room with a double bed on Alma Road located minutes away from Portswood shopping centre and a short walk to some of the city's clubs. 20 minute walk to the University of Southampton however bus stops to both campuses located 5 minutes away.

2 showers and 2 toilets, lovely big garden, reasonable living room and kitchen, large drive and the house contains a washing machine.

You'll be living with 5 hard-working, sociable guys studying a range of subjects (English, Philosophy, Chemistry, Geography and History) who enjoy playing and watching sports especially football as well as a good night out occasionally all going into their 2nd year at the University of Southampton.

Wi-fi and Utilities are already in place and are paid every 3 months. The previous tenants have informed us that they came to no more than £15 per person for every quarter.
