Room in Friendly House, Inner Avenue

A room has become available in a friendly professional/student house in Inner Avenue, Southampton. The house is comprised of 3 professionals and one PhD student (although 2 are graduate PhD students!).

My friends are looking for a young professional to live with them who strikes the balance between being social and considerate. Obviously they would also appreciate someone clean, tidy and willing to contribute to the chores. Bills are not included, but council tax is approximately £44 per month and other bills around £30 per month. Internet is included as part of the rent.

The room itself has a double bed, desk and chair and a fitted wardrobe. It has two windows that overlook our lovely green garden. There is a communal living room with two comfy sofas, TV and coffee table. The kitchen is fully equipped (no need to bring anything with you!) and has a family dining table.

The house is close to lots of local amenities on foot:
London Rd (Tesco, Starbucks etc.) - 5 mins
Bevois Valley (Pubs etc.) - 5 mins
The Common (Park) - 10 mins
Solent Uni - 15 mins
West Quay - 15 mins
Central Train Station - 15 mins
Southampton Uni - 25 mins

Southampton airport is very accessible via the train station or buses from the Avenue.
