Large double bedroom available in shared house

We have one spare room available from the 12th March in a large 5 bedroom house. There are 2 bathrooms, one living room and a kitchen. We are looking for a sociable young professional.
We are after a male to balance out numbers.
The rent is £240 a month not including any bills. There is a referencing fee of £180 from the estate agency. The deposit is roughly £360 ( I can't remember the exact amount).
We are looking for someone who enjoys socialising, we often watch movies downstairs, go out for drinks/nights out etc.
No students.
