A beautiful double bedroom available in a house share with Nic (a nurse in Winchester) and Rachel (a nurse at the general) and Hollie (who works in marketing) who are all in their 20s. We are looking for another (awesome) girl, of a similar age, to complete the house! The girls who live there are great friends who all met when they moved in and enjoy hanging out, cooking for each other, going out for drinks etc. and are looking for someone to move in who will fit in great.

It's a beautiful Victorian semi-detatched house in the Regents Park / Shirley area of Southampton.

10 minute bus ride/cycle or 5 minute drive to town and the station.

Excellent location in a nice quiet road with easy access to town, schools and the hospital. There's also loads of free on-street parking with no need for a permit. There's never a problem parking.

It's a 4 Bedroom semi-detatched house with a spacious lounge (tv point, wifi etc) , nice high ceilings, superbly fitted out modern kitchen, dining conservatory which gets sunlight all day long, a long garden complete with decking area, hammock, table and chairs etc...

The room available has been repainted within the last month and there has been new carpet put down there within the last couple of months. It has an original fireplace, an original fitted wardrobe, a free standing wardrobe and chest of drawers/ dressing table.

The house has a cleaner and gardener at a cost of an additional £20 per month.

We are looking for someone to join the house who will be a fun and sociable housemate but also someone who is willing to do their share in looking after the house. The girls currently have a cleaning rota so that it's a beautiful place to live :) They love cooking together, hanging out, watching films, weekends away, drinks out, holidays and are looking for someone with similar interests who could fit right in.
