Student house in Southampton!

For personal reasons I've had to leave my university in Southampton to move closer to home, it's nothing to do with the house or flatmates, but as a result we're looking for a new tenant.
It's a 5 bedroom house with 4 double bedrooms and one single (spare) bedroom, off street parking in a driveway, large newly fitted kitchen and living/dining area, one outhouse/laundry room/ pantry, one bathroom and 2 toilets.
Close to both Southampton Solent university and the University of Southampton. Conveniently located within walking distance of Bedford place, with useful shopping and clubbing opportunities so no late night taxis needed. The house is a 5 minute walk from Southampton Central train station, West Quay shopping centre and an Asda superstore.
