It is a very large en-suite room on the first floor of the house. The room comes with bed/mattress, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.

Communal Areas:
The house has a communal kitchen / lounge with all the usual appliances including dishwasher, large fridge/freezer etc. There is shared parking to to the front of the property (two spaces). To the rear is a private, enclosed garden.
