Room for rent in two bedroom house

Hi,

I have a room to rent in my two bed, end of terrace house in Redbridge, Southampton.

The property is close [3 minute walk] to Redbridge Train Station with frequent and easy links to Southampton Central.

The bedroom for rent faces the front of the house, has good natural lighting and is large enough for a double bed and medium sized wardrobe.

The property has a garden and decking from the back door which leads into the lounge.

All the bills, including broadband and Sky TV are included in the monthly rent.

I'm a clean and tidy person and am looking for someone with similar traits. Being able to have a laugh is a must as I couldn't think of anything worse than sharing my house with someone who isn't interested in at least making some sort of conversation!
