I am looking for a replacement tenant as i am dropping out of uni! Currently I live 5-10 mins from solent uni on morris road (around the polygon area). Living with 4 other boys, all 2nd year, all interested in sports and are all really nice guys!! Decent size room, with a double bed, wardrobe, chest draws, and desk!£320 a month.
House includes, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 fridges, 1 freezer, 2 bathrooms (1 outside & 1 which was renovated in the summer) also has a Conservatory and an outback concrete area which would be nice in the summer.
