You will share it with a friendly spanish professional woman that works during the week and likes her flat to be quiet and peaceful.. So please exclude people that: like to go out or have parties in the flat during the working week; don't like to keep the flat clean and tidy; it is not friendly and it doesn't respect other people or different cultures.
