Lovely double room in high spec house

I've recently moved into a really nice 4 bed house. Looking for a fun and friendly housemate. The room is large and you would have sole use of the main bathroom which has been recently refitted to a high spec along with the kitchen. There is a lounge dinner with sky tv. Then a conservatory to the rear leading into the garden. Also these will be one spare room with double bed and the smallest room has a sofa and tv to chill out in too. Also there are tennis courts in the road for house use too. There is myself and my two dogs living at the house now were pretty active and I enjoy going out still a fair bit having people over for dinner etc. Give me a shout if your interested cheers Mike
