Family home near Hospital and CIty centre

Hello we have a small double room for rent it is furnished with a double bed, book case tv dvd bed side table lamp built in wardrobe it would suit a female as pink carpet and sweety wall paper but if just for sleeping in would suit a male, looking to decorate as soon as possible. And add extras if needed.
There will be me my husband and 2 children living here also 2 cats and 1 dog all very friendly, the whole house can be used except our lounge as thats for our family time.
Kitchen has all mod cons in and everything youll need to cook a meal, we also have broad band. There is parking outside the house on the pavement we have a garden that can be used atm its being worked on but perfect to use still. We have toilet and bathroom which are seperate bath and shower . It is close to the general hospital and on a bus route where buses run very regular.
The room would benefit a student or a professional no time limit to be home. No cleaning required as i clean the house, tidy up after yourself only i. e kitchen / bathroom
My children will be home sometimes but we have security for them so their safe ar night. They are both at school in the days so home mostly afternoons and holidays. They are both polite and respectful of privacy.
