The house is in a quiet cul de sac but very central, less than 10 min walk to Central railway station, town and Bedford Place. Current occupants of the house are 2 male and 1 female (ages 26 to 45).
The rent is £100 a week or £400 a month and includes ALL bills. The house benefits from all mod cons including washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer and several fridge / freezers! The house also benefits from broadband, large garden, power shower, patio, garage for extra storage, off road parking and communal lounge. We are a friendly, clean, quiet household, all professionals so seeking a similar 4th professional person to move in (no students, smokers, DSS or couples though...sorry!) Deposit is £200 and no agency fees!
