Room to let in Devonshire Mansions Flat, Polygon area of Southampton.

Part furnished double room available, approximately a 5 minute walk from Southampton Central Station and the city centre. Bedford Place is just a couple of minutes away where there are a range of shops, bars, restaurants, pubs/clubs etc. So the flat is pretty well located for commuting to work, pub trips, shopping or nights out.

All good-sized double rooms, including Large Kitchen (with all appliances), Communal Lounge, and Shared Bathroom (with over bath power-shower).

We're looking for a sociable new flatmate, who's easy to get on with and will interact with the rest of the us. We all have our own separate interests and hobbies, but like to socialise, both within the flat and go out to the pub, cinema, shops etc and the occasional night out together.

The three flatmates that you'd be sharing with are two males (25, 24) and one female (23), we all work professionally, as an accountant, test engineer and nurse, respectively. The current flatmate is moving out as he is relocating to London.

Rent is £275 pcm plus bills which are approximately £70-90 a month. There’s wireless broadband in the flat and TV in lounge. Contract referencing with the letting agent is £125+VAT and you'll need to pay the first month rent in advance (due 25th of the month)
