• location: Polygon- Area (Newcombe Road): 3min to central train station, bus stops; 10 min to High street/city center

• flat completely renovated in July 2014: new, large kitchen with big, cozy leather sofa and dining table, 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with bath tub), wooden floors

• access to a backyard from the kitchen: ideal to sit outside, having barbeque, storing bicycles
