My name is Demi.
I currently live with a close friend but she will be moving out end of Jan, beg of Feb.
The room available is a furnished double room with en-suite. The room consists of a double bed, x2 bedside tables and a wardrobe.
The living area is open plan, with a nice modern kitchen, washing machine and microwave. The flat is 10 minute walk from Southampton City Centre and the train station.
Rent will be £525 all bills included.
Ideally I would like my new flatmate to agree to stay for a 1 year period and they must be working professional.
Please let me know if you are interested and want to take a peek. The flat is very clean and I like to keep it clean!! I don’t mind socialising with my new flatmate, its always nice to be social and make new friends!
