Urgent Dbl/Ensuite/Central Soton For Professionals

My flatmate is moving out on Friday 6th March so I'm looking for someone asap!

It's a double room with basic furniture included (bed, built-in mirrored wardrobe, lamp and two small bedside cabinets) You would have your own en-suite. The flat is in a neutral colour scheme and is in good decorative order.

As you can see from the pictures, the living room has dual aspect windows which lets in a lot of natural light. The leather sofa's and glass units/small dining table and chairs also come with the flat.

The kitchen has ample storage for two people which would be equally shared. It includes a fridge freezer combo, toaster/kettle and has cutlery, plates, pots & pans. It also includes and integrated washing machine and a dishwasher. We have a built in oven with induction hobs. There is also a microwave which I've recently bought.

The rent with all bills comes to just over £500 at the moment and if you work in the city centre it's perfect! Unfortunately there is no car parking space available.

There are letting agency fee's to pay and you will have to pass referencing ideally before the 24th March as that is when rent for the following month is due.

I'm looking for someone who is laid back and trustworthy with respect for other people's property. I would like the flat to really feel like a home.
