Hi my name is Nik I'm a 23 years old professional, and i have a spare double room available in the flat i currently live in, as my housemate is moving back up North. I enjoy sports, going for drinks and watching movies, so pretty standard stuff.
The flat is in a very nice and quiet cul-de-sac called Marshal Square, in Southampton. It has a large lounge, large separate kitchen, and comes with a parking space. You will have your own bedroom, and have exclusive use of the main bathroom, as my bedroom has an en-suite.

The flat is fully furnished and i have a large 48" TV in the living room. I have installed unlimited fibre optic BT infinity broadband (£13 each per month) and bills are very cheap, and council tax at £75. As it is an agency, you need to be aware that they do charge an agency fee - this will be £125. Also, your part of the deposit for the flat will be £447. 50.
