Large double en-suite room to rent in a three-storey house close to the city centre.

The house has a large kitchen, living room with a balcony, downstairs toilet and utility room with washing machine and fridge freezer.

One parking space is available on the drive at the front of the house.

Female housemate is preferred. The two housemates currently are young female professionals.

Lovely house and really friendly housemates, I am only moving out due to a change in personal circumstances.

The room will be available from mid March and is subject to landlady approval
