Lovely large living room area; which has two sofa's and a dinning room table. It also has beautiful bay windows which let the sun in, in the summer.

The bathroom has a bath as well as a shower.

The flat is a 5 minute walk away from buses to campus, city center or the hospital. It's a 10 minutes walk to Portswood high street.
Tesco express, Premiere and various take away's are located a few doors down.
Its a nice quiet area and the neighbors are very nice.

The landlord is very accommodating to anything that we may need taken care of in the house (he usually comes round the next day to try and sort the situation).
