The four current tenants have already lived in the house for a year and have kept it looking very nice. We need somebody, it doesn't matter what gender, to move into our spare room.
The room is on the top floor and you will only have to share a bathroom with one other person as there are multiple bathrooms/showers in the house.
We're all very clean and tidy and are looking for a like-minded person.
