Hello,
Me and my boyfriend are looking for a lodger to stay in our fully furnished double room.
We are a young friendly couple, clean and tidy and easy to get along with. We have a cats Misty and Maisy, who are also really friendly, they are either outside or sleeping in our room, so will stay out of your way.
The room measures 3. 7m x 2. 7m
It`s been newly decorated and has a double bed, bedside table, desk, office chair, wardrobe and new wooden Venetian blinds and new light fitting.
The bedroom door is lockable with a key.

This will include - all bills(gas, electric, water, 150MB unlimited fibre optic broadband).
Chip in for cleaning supplies and toilet/kitchen rolls etc.

Our lodger will have access to our newly fitted kitchen with large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, hob, oven and underfloor heating, our newly fitted bathroom with power shower, newly decorated lounge with 50in tv and sky box which we never use.
We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, will look after the house, responsible and also easy to get along with.

Room will be available for viewing from 10.06.17
