£525 Studio Flat for Rent ASAP - Close to Uni´s

I am currently living in this wonderful studio flat in Westwood Road, Southampton and am looking for a tenant to take over my rent to avoid paying double rent.
The Kitchen was installed this year and is in good condition. The same goes for the bathroom sink.
The Flat is less than 5 mins walk to the Portwood shopping street and a close 2mins to the massive Park.
I go to Solent Uni and never had problems with the distance. Southampton Uni Students would profit from the location too (even closer).
The Flat goes for £525 a month. Electricity is paid via a Top-up-Key and unmetred Water is paid every half year.
I would gladly hand over the flat as soon as possible, so let me know when you want to move in, and i will move out the same day ;)
I am putting this add up privately, so if you are interested I will get an agent involved to sort out all legal actions.
Couples are welcoem too, although rent will rise up to around £600 (I´m not too sure, and will get in contact with the landlord if you are interested).
Broadband can be available, I´m just taking my contracted line with me to my next house, so you will need to apply for your own Broadband. (fibre option is available too if wanted).
