Sunny, double room 3 minute's walk from station

Hi! We are a couple in our thirties looking for another person to live with us from the middle of January

We have a light, spacious and furnished double room for you to rent. The flat is just a few minutes walk from the train station and close to the city centre and not far from the Common.

We are looking to share with a clean, friendly professional or post-graduate student. We are a clean, tidy, friendly couple. We eat a largely vegetarian/vegan diet and are non-smokers and rarely drink alcohol.

We are expecting a baby in the middle of May, so the tenancy would run up to the end of April. However, if we get on, and you would feel comfortable sharing with a couple and a baby, there is the possibility that we would extend the tenancy for longer, as the room will not be needed for a nursery. This would be something we would discuss a month or so before the end of April.

The rent is £500 and the price INCLUDES ALL BILLS and no admin fee. The contract is a rolling contract, so it’s suitable for people that are only looking for short stay.

The room is available form the 14th January.
