Friendly house with spacious double room

Four friendly, bubbly, creative girls looking for someone to join our family! Midway between town and the university it's a great location for professionals or students.

Spacious double loft room, fully furnished with velux windows. Looks out over Southampton and gets the evening sun.

The house has a large communal kitchen and living room, with dining area and downstairs toilet. You will have a large communal bathroom shared with two others, with shower over the bath.

We are two professional and two PhD students who have made this our home. We cook together most nights and would love to find someone that wants more than just a room to rent.

We're sociable and have lots going on in Southampton but make time for each other - we sew, bake and cook as a group.

We don't care if you work, study or tame dragons for a living, as long as you're our sort of person. We'll want to meet you first, and we imagine you'll want to do the same.

Over the last few months, rent, bills, council tax and food has come out under £500/month, as we buy evening meals together to keep costs down. We have a great landlord who fixes things quickly and has kept the house in good condition.

On street parking available. Close (2 min walk) to bus stops straight into town, or it's only a 20 minute walk. Close to Portswood for shops (Aldi 5 mins, Sainsbury 15 mins), and to the University (20 mins).
