Bungalow share

Internet heating electric all included.
The bungalow has 2 sofas (one each) I have access to all the latest tv and films. The living room has a table and space to dine.
Bathroom has a nice electric shower. I'll be putting up a glass screen so it's walk in. Conservatory. Kitchen Range cooker, with split oven.
Plenty of parking at the front and a nice big garden with 2 sheds (incase you have a bike or as many tools as me (maybe not)). I have a nice garden set, but that's put away in the winter.
And there is Bob the cat - he's Siamiese so a real personality (he's managed to sneak in a photo). Hopefully you can see I'm clean and tidy. 

I don't really need to money, it's more to have some company around the house. So I'm looking for someone social who'll share and use the house with me.

Also, If you're into the gym - I'm a member of Hampshire health club - if you're at the same address you'll get to join cheap. This has outdoor pool sauna etc.
