Room 1 is available now, it is a large double on the basement level of the property sharing a kitchen and a bathroom with one other person.

Room 2 is available now and is a large room on the mid level that will share the bathroom and kitchen with the above basement room.

All bills included (except landline telephone).

Current occupants include 2 accountants and a trainee financial advisor.
