House-share requires new housemate, available now

One double room to rent in a large mixed professional/student, family house. We have 5 bedrooms, 2 showers and bathrooms, a large kitchen, a dinning room and garden. (and 2 cats!).
The room is £350 PCM, all bills included, deposit is £200. The room is partially furnished with a bed base but needs a mattress. It has a built in storage, wardrobe, cupboard and shelves.
We are a relaxed house with a friendly atmosphere and are looking for someone, easy going, reliable and open-minded who will fit right in.
We have a young child, so somebody who knows how to be quiet is preferred. (ie Any late night party animals need not apply!)
Located in Bevios Valley it's just a short walk from the centre of town, we have a local shop just around the corner and also we are a short distance from Aldi's and Southampton Solent university. It's on street parking (Zone 4) and permits are available.
All bills are included in the rent, which is expected on time every month! ;)
