The accommodation comprises a very large open plan bed/sitting room with a fully fitted modern kitchen and picture window with fabulous sea views. There is a power shower and toilet adjacent. The space has its own front door accessed through our family house and is on the second floor. There is on street parking and excellent access to public transport and the sea is just five minutes walk away. Two non family references will be required please. The rent is INCLUSIVE of bills and Wifi. You will be responsible for your own TV licence, contents insurance if necessary and council tax.
