I have a double room to rent in my Victorian house in the Milton area of Southsea.
If you're new to the area, it is within easy access to both the seafront and the city and has local shops within walking distance.
I have a cat - Mandu - and I work full time.
The room is available now to rent and has recently been redecorated.
I'm almost done with completely renovating my house - it's had a new kitchen, lounge/dining room, roof, windows, garden and I've put in the most beautiful bathroom which is my little bit of heaven! All that's left is to decorate the hallway.
A reference will be required along with one month's deposit. Rent will be required to be paid monthly in advance
