HI!!! We have a single room available now, and a double room from the end of June.
The house was newly and well refurbished last September. We have a cleaner every other week included in the rent. There are two communal living rooms.
The kitchen is decent sized, with a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The house has one bathroom and additional toilet. There is a shed in the back garden for bikes.
The house is halfway between Fratton station and Albert Road and finding parking is free and easy on the street outside.
We all work days and are easy going, independent and quiet, not doing wild parties but enjoying an occasional drink and meal together.
Pictures are up and viewings of the rooms can be arranged.
