The room has 8 sqm and is fully furnished. The house is really big and very very nice, including a terrace, big kitchen (washing machine), a living-room and two bathrooms (with two showers). In general the house is in really good condition.
The next pub is only 2 minutes away. A lot of possibilities for (grocery) shopping are easy to reach.
