Hi, I have a double room becoming available in Southsea, a short walk from Palmerston Road, Albert Road and Southsea Beach/Common. The flat is quite spacious with all rooms being a good size. White goods are included and the bathroom has a power shower.
I am looking for a neat, tidy and considerate person to share with, a student would be considered.
Bills usually cost around 80-90 per month each (that's with council tax), I manage to keep them quite low somehow.
I will update the photo's ASAP, the Bed in the Living Room has now been removed and the Room Available is much larger than it looks in the cluttered photograph.
