The house is non smoking and we only let to single people ( no couples) Only other paying tenants are allowed to stay overnight (for privacy/security no boy/girl friends) There are rooms to entertain visitors downstairs.
Communal rooms are cleaned weekly.
There is access to a garden and bike storage.
