Double bedroom for rent

I have a furnished double bedroom (bed, bedside table, cupboard and chest of drawers- to rent to a FEMALE professional. Shared amenities include kitchen, bathroom and lounge. There is also sky broadband and washing machine.

The area is lovely! Near all the main shopping roads and seafront. A small park is just outside with benches etc for walks/picnics or just reading.

Looking for someone who is sociable but not too loud, will keep things tidy and clean and share the household chores. I myself am quiet but also chatty when you get to know me!...I will be needing some quiet evenings for revision but am up for a stroll in Southsea, a movie or a meal in or out together occasionally. Many of my weekends are spent going home to visit family.
