Double room to rent in large victorian house!

Hiya!

Our property is a 3 bed house with two lounges, kitchen, conservatory, bathroom, basement gym and all appliances. Currently have 1 male (31) and 1 female (25) in the property and looking for another female to join us! Rent is £350 p/m and all bills are included. We'd like someone who is clean and tidy and is happy to give the house a good clean if required. We take it in turns to buy the shared goods i. e. toilet rolls/washing powder/cleaning goods/washing up liquid etc and it works quite well! The room to let holds a double bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers and enough space for your own TV stand if required.

We enjoy socialising but also enjoy our own space.
We are looking for someone who will be respectful during the week and keep noise to a minimum as we're working Mon-Fri 7-6. We do also have occasional gatherings with friends for games/drinking and general fun times. We have a fire bin in the garden so do enjoy sitting around the garden with the heat around us.

We're friendly people and haven't had any luck with the last two male housemates so we're looking for a suitable female to join our home.
