Seafront apartment with sunshine filled bay windows and views over the common to the Isle of Wight. In winter, you can hear the fog horns from the ships so you don't forget the proximity to the water.

There are 2 bathrooms, so there won't be any queues for the facilities.

This is not a party flat simply because of my work commitments, and I often have to work weekends.

The room is furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobe, large chest of drawers, a study desk and bedside table. The kitchen is huge and a joy to cook in. Rent includes all bills except phone and TV license (I don't watch TV). I also often study in the lounge, and use this more as a quiet area.

BT Fibre optic with unlimited downloads is included, as is a cleaner for the communal areas. Dish washer, tumble dryer & fridge present.

Looking for a friendly individual who also knows how to respect privacy. This property will suit an employed person who can manage rent without government support. Proof of work, income and ID are required.
