Available - A furnished, single room in a well-presented two-bedroom first floor flat on Highland Road, less than five minutes walk from the amenities of Albert Road. Furnished with a bed, a desk and a wardrobe, there is a shared separate toilet and bathroom as well as a shared kitchen with plenty of storage and a large shared living room. The flat already has Virgin TV, phone line and internet, and all bills are included. The flat is well placed for public transport, with the number 1 and 2 buses running right outside to town, Gunwharf, Copnor and Cosham. It is a 15/20 minute walk to Fratton train station, there are two Co-op's within a five minute walk, and it is close to the seafront. Females preferred, but I wouldn't discount anyone right away.

There is some parking outside, and as I don't drive myself, I don't know if you would need a permit. Rent would be £85 a week, or £340 a month, all bills included. Short term lets would be considered too, though a longer term housemate would be preferred.
