Housemate needed!
We are looking for someone to share a 3 bedroom house from now until August 2015. It is a student property so there is quite a large upfront cost unfortunately. The deposit is £325, one months rent £275, an admin fee of £180 and (if you are not a student) a referral fee of £100. The deposit is refundable at the end of the tenancy and the rent payment is for your first month.
We appreciate that it is a lot of money upfront but the letting agents are really helpful and our landlord is lovely!
We are clean, tidy and pretty chilled out. We both enjoy socialising but are equally very busy. The house is really homely and the road we live on is quite quiet. It is a 15 minute walk into town and around 25 minute walk to gunwharf.
We are looking for someone who is easy going, reliable and fun! :)
