Great Double Room

This is a large house which is well maintained by the current tenants who are a lovely group of friendly, clean, tidy and hospitable Hungarians, all of whom work. The house has a very welcoming atmosphere and is ideally placed between Albert Road with its array of bars, shops and coffee houses and also walking distance to Fratton railway station. We are looking to fill 2 double rooms with like minded individuals, male or female. All the bills:
Council tax, electricity, gas, tv licence and water rates are paid by myself ( the landlady) and therefore this is very well priced for central Southsea.
