2x large double bedrooms for rent in a newly built 3 storey town-house located a 2-minute walk from the seafront and canoe lake and only a 5-minute walk from Albert Road, plus only a 10 minute walk from Palmerston Road / Osborne Road

Currently there are three of us living in the house but two will be moving out in November / December so I am looking to find two replacements.

I am a young male professional working locally and am very sociable and would like some friendly, clean and tidy people and in a similar situation to take the two rooms!

The house is very modern having only been built in the last few years and is part of a larger development. There is a private, locked and gated courtyard at the back of the property. There is one private parking space which comes with the property, plus the possibility that an additional private parking space can be made available for a fee. This can be discussed further if interested.

The first large double bedroom for rent is on the first floor, rear facing and has a bathroom directly adjacent to the bedroom with a powerful over-bath shower. This bathroom is not shared by another bedroom so is effectively an ensuite.

The second large double bedroom is identical in size to the first, is rear facing and has a bathroom directly adjacent with a power over-bath shower. This bathroom is shared by one other bedroom.

The lounge and kitchen are already fully furnished with all white goods / utensils / appliances. There are a total of three bathrooms in the house; the two already described plus an additional toilet on the ground floor.

Virgin wifi is already plumbed in with a fast broadband connection.

The bedrooms are unfurnished but can possibly come with some furnishings for a small additional fee as the people moving out may discuss selling some items to the new tenant for a very good price.
