Large double room to rent in Southsea

Hiya
My husband and I have a large double room to rent in central Southsea. The room is very large and can be split into a living area and bedroom area comfortably. There is access to a shared bathroom and kitchen. All we ask is you keep both areas clean and tidy. Broadband is included and as gas and electric is on a meter we can arrange an agreement so we put it in a kitty and all pay an equal amount. We can discuss this and come to a suitable agreement.
We are friendly, hardworking, and easy going, and we are looking for a roommate with a similar personality and to be mutually respectful.
