Hi, I have a comfortable double room available, from now in my 3 bedroom house in very central Southsea. I currently have another female lodger, and we are a clean, friendly, working professional household. The rent includes all bills and the house is fully equipped with wifi, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, large shared lounge, 2 bathrooms, south facing garden with locked shed for bike storage, and off road parking potentially if required. The rooms are furnished with a double bed and storage. I have a gorgeous friendly little cat called Jess. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge in case friends/family come to visit.
