I have a double room available in my flat in Southsea. Due to unforeseen circumstances I'm looking to find a flatmate to share my home with for the next 6 months.
I'm 27 years old, full time Estate Agent with my own Cake business. I'm preferably looking for a female flatmate, in full time employment.
The flat also has allocated parking.
The flat has a large shared living room, a neat and modern kitchen, a large bathroom and three bedrooms; one of which is occupied, one forms that of my cake studio.
I also have a 7 year old, indoor, female cat so any applicants MUST like cats!
