Double room in grade II listed townhouse, Southsea
Hello. I have a double room to rent in a grade II listed townhouse in the heart of Southsea. Situated in a tree-lined square with a delightful French restaurant on one corner and a real ale tavern on the other. Gunwharf, Commercial Road and Southsea shopping centre are all ten minutes walk. The room is very comfortable and has internet, a double bed, sofa, chest of drawers and hanging space. The room has a lock and key. The house is currently occupied by myself and one other (male).There are two bathrooms. We are very friendly. I have four small dogs which are kept downstairs with me most times. Parking is in the street and a permit is available for a very small charge. Thank you. Sue.
