Flatmate wanted for central Southsea

Large furnished double room available in central Southsea from 18th March 2015. Prime location around the corner from Palmerston Road and a short walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth city centre and train stations.

The bedroom has a double bed, a two-seater sofa, desk and a chair.

The flat consists of a large living room with tv, broadband and large comfortable sofas. Well equipped kitchen with the standard amenities such as electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Shared bathroom with bath/shower. There is also a small single room currently used for drying clothes and storage.

The flat is non-smoking but I don't mind if you smoke outside.

There is also a parking space dedicated to the flat which you welcome to use as I don't have a car.

Rent is £375pcm.
Deposit is £425.
Admin fees (for estate agents contract and reference fees) is £200.
Flat bills such as utilities and council tax will be split 50/50.

Availability is from 18th March 2015 and would need a new flat mate to move in on or shortly after that date.

The flat is rented through an agency so tenant would become joint tenant and minimum contract would be 6 months.

I'm 31 years old and work full time during the week and in the evenings I go running or just relax in front of the tv or play video games. At the weekends I like cooking, going shopping and having a coffee. I usually like quiet nights at the weekends with wine and a film but go out now and again to the pub.

I'd prefer a professional than a student but willing to consider both. I've got no preference on gender. I'd like someone that is clean, tidy and considerate.
