Therefore, the tenant would have full use of the 1/2 bath and would have access to the shower room. (Sorry -- the room is not en suite -- the 1/2 bath is down the hall.) The kitchen would be shared. There is no living room in this flat but the kitchen and hallway are rather spacious, as is the bedroom.
There are two large built in closets in the bedroom and the kitchen has new appliances, cupboards and counters.
There is no TV outlet in the flat but broadband is provided so television can be streamed on a computer.
