The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, desk / chair and a bedside table.

There is a small rear garden / yard with BBQ, however the park is only a 2 minute walk and the seafront 10 minutes walk.

Parking is readily available on street and you have access to a secure shared bike cycle garage.

The nearest bus stop is a 2 minute walk and Fratton train station is 15 minutes away.

The house is close to local shops, postoffice, bank and take-aways etc.

£415 deposit is secured with the Govt. DPS scheme, a £25 contract fee applies at move in and a £25 fee at checkout.

The property has a Gas Safe certificate, Electrical safety certificate, fire/smoke alarm system and emergency lighting. On-call 24/7 maintenance service.
