23 year old professional female seeks roomie!

1 Room to rent in house located within the quiet, peaceful village of Southwick.

Lovely sized bedroom overlooking the garden. Would fit a double bed. Has built in cupboard storage space/wardrobe.

Access to shared kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower (shower is pretty rubbish... I'm looking to get an electric one fitted), lounge and small garden. Street parking. Broadband access. Landline.

What Im looking for:
A female aged 22 to 27 who is reliable, respectful and tidy.
Someone who respects my shift pattern is essential (I'm a nurse).
Someone who doesn't mind cats (I have two)
No wild party animals (a bit of a party animal is good!) but must have a good sense of humor and not be opposed to the odd night with some friends round and a glass of wine! Also house is next door but one to the village pub :)
Horse enthusiast would be fab :)

The village is calm and picturesque. It has a shop and 2 pubs. Lots of country walks if you're into that. Horrendous transport links so best if you drive. 5 mins from QA hospital. Short drive to local towns, supermarkets etc. I've lived in southwick all my life so that must say something!

I am in and out of the house a lot on my days off as I own a horse so spend most of the day up the yard.
